Cecelia is the Personal Lines Account Manager and Advisor at Noble Insurance, serving North and South Carolina. She specializes in homeowners, auto, and personal umbrella insurance. She spends her day assisting new and existing clients with proposals, endorsements, and policy changes to fit their individual needs.

Cecelia is passionate about educating her clients and is committed to ensuring that every client fully understands their policy—what their coverage means, what is included, and any potential gaps—so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

Cecelia began her insurance career after finishing college at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Before joining Noble, she was an Insurance Risk Advisor for a large brokerage in Charlotte, building strong relationships with clients across the Southeast and working with top carriers to find the best coverage solutions.

Outside of work, Cecelia finds joy in spending time with her family, spoiling their two beloved dogs, River and Winston, and making frequent trips to the beach—her favorite place to relax and recharge.
